Whitaker Leonhardt

Whitaker is a Senior Vice President, responsible for originating multi-tenant and single tenant retail investment sales transactions. Whitaker has 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 200 shopping centers and single-tenant investments with an aggregate value of more than $4.0 billion. Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Whitaker was a Senior Director in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets (and HFF until JLL’s acquisition in 2019) for 10 years. Prior to joining JLL (HFF) in 2012, Whitaker was the Director of Investment Sales and Leasing at Crossman & Company where he focused on property dispositions and project leasing.
