Weston Thomas has been active in Colorado commercial real estate since 2010, specializing in investment sales, value-add redevelopment, and mid-market leasing. A graduate of Colorado State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate and a minor in Economics, Weston began his career as a financial analyst at Smith Barney and later served as a portfolio manager in American National Bank’s Wealth Management division. That early experience gave him a strong foundation in capital markets and a clear view of how real estate fits into a well-rounded investment strategy. Over the past decade, Weston has become one of Colorado Springs’ go-to brokers for repositioning underperforming assets and navigating complex deal structures. He’s earned CoStar’s Power Broker Award for sales and leasing every year since 2017 and has held leadership roles at Landmark Commercial Group and as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield | Colorado Springs Commercial. His approach is grounded in targeted, results-driven marketing and a belief that relationships and execution matter more than flash. In addition to his brokerage work, Weston is also an active investor and developer with a focus on thoughtful, locally rooted projects. He owns and operates a number of properties across El Paso County, including retail centers, office buildings, and unique mixed-use sites. Outside of real estate, Weston serves on multiple nonprofit boards and is a committed community-builder, bringing the same long-term mindset to civic engagement as he does to business. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two children, and takes pride in building a city his family — and the next generation — will be proud to call home.
