ABOUT
Wes is an Executive Vice President at Fairfield, where he oversees acquisition activities for the firm. He joined Fairfield in 2023 with over 20 years of investment and development experience in the multifamily sector. Prior to Fairfield, Wes served as President of Acquisitions for Mill Creek Residential Trust, and roles with Trammell Crow Residential, Simmons Vedder Partners, and Crow Holdings. Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University and graduated with departmental distinction. In addition, Wes attended the London School of Economics studying international relations and economics under the General Course. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Multifamily Housing Council.
