Wes Tuttle

Wes completed his undergraduate degree at Clemson University, where he received a BS in Real Estate Finance. Prior to joining The Tuttle Company in 2015, Wes spent 10 years in Charleston, South Carolina. While in Charleston, he was Principal of a commercial real estate and development firm with responsibilities in commercial brokerage and land development. Wes has served in several roles at The Tuttle Company including Senior Project Manager/Broker, Vice President of Development/Broker, and now President/Broker-In-Charge. Wes specializes in commercial brokerage as well as development and project management where he manages development projects for clients from site selection through construction. He is actively involved in several community service roles including the 2022 Regional Board Chair for The York County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Wes holds his South Carolina Commercial General Contractor’s and Construction Manager’s licenses. He and his wife, Lori, live in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with their daughters, Mallory and Ella, and their dog Tiger.
