Wes joined the brokerage team at The Providence Group in 2005. A native of New York, Wes is a graduate of Gettysburg College where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Wes focuses exclusively on retail Landlord Representation. He has worked with both local and national shopping center owners in North and South Carolina. His involvement in the transaction process from start to finish helps his clients achieve their greatest potential. Wes has handled the entire local retail portfolios for a number of national developers, shopping center owners and REITs.
