Wesley has been representing tenant clients for over 16 years. Over the course of his career, he has advocated for a wide variety of professional firms ranging from government contractors to law firms, technology companies, consulting firms, associations and non profit organizations. Mr. Herr has negotiated corporate relocations, lease renewals, re-castings and buyouts, as well as purchase and sale transactions. Wesley has been directly involved in transactions totaling more than 1,300,000 square feet of office space, generating lease values in excess of $100 million. Wesley is a native Washingtonian, has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia.
