Wendy Osborne

Wendy began her career in Commercial Property Management in 1997 at Pacific Gulf Properties where she assisted with the management of a property portfolio of over 700,000 s.f. of Industrial, R&D and Warehouse properties. After 2 years Wendy joined Orchard Commercial managing 1.2 million s.f. of R & D and Industrial properties. Wendy then joined Legacy Partners in 2007 where she added Class A Office Properties to her commercial property management experience. In 2010, Wendy joined Goble Properties as a Senior Property Manager in their San Jose, California location. Wendy received her RPA designation through BOMA in 2005 and holds her California Real Estate Salesperson’s license, as well as an Associate of Arts degree.
