Wendy's specialty is in working with clients in San Mateo County and the Greater Bay Area with multi-national requirements in the areas of commercial real estate leasing and investment sales. Prior to joining Avison Young as a Vice President, she was with Colliers International for the past decade. Previous to that, she has had 18+ years of business experience in sales, account management, and business development in telecommunication, computer, and retail banking industries. During her professional sales career, she has been recognized for outstanding achievement based on the volume of transactions & quality of service to her clients. Her sales honors have included high achievement awards at MCI for Masters II sales & service, Rock the World sales, National Blitz Day sales contest, and service recognition at First Interstate Bank for the first “Going the Extra Mile” service award, “Rookie of the Year” for San Mateo County and “Broker of the Month” for the Peninsula office at Colliers International. In addition, she was the first female broker to earn her CCIM designation at Colliers International in the State of California.
