Gibbs Realty and Auction Co., Inc has been marketing and selling REO properties in North and South Carolina since 2001. Darrell and Wendy Gibbs, owner and operators, began operating the business from their home in Easley (upstate SC) completing broker price opinions and listing foreclosures from banks and asset companies. Within months, they moved into an office building in Easley and opened a 2nd office in Columbia (Midlands SC) per their clients' request. In 2004, Gibbs acquired the HUD MMII Broad Listing Broker contract for 16 counties in South Carolina listing HUD properties. This increased the business significantly and Gibbs soon had 6 offices throughout South Carolina and a great team of REO agents. Through the years, we have always strived to keep our clients' best interests first, pay attention to detail and timelines, give accurate information and pricing strategy for a competitive market.
