Wendy Blissett

Wendy Blissett began her career in commercial real estate with an Atlanta-based hotel brokerage firm in 1994, concentrating on client relations, sales support and hotel market research. After five years, Wendy took a position as operations manager for a company providing Web-based software solutions for the corporate real estate industry. In 2001, she returned to hotel brokerage where she has been involved in nearly every type and size of disposition transactions. Wendy holds a wide range of experience in individual hotel assets, as well as complicated portfolio transactions valued over $100 million. She is a graduate of Georgia State University and holds the prestigious CCIM industry designation.
