Wells Scott combines his accounting and audit experience to deliver maximum value as partner in Austin Sumner Properties. Since joining the firm in 2020, Wells has been able to reposition assets through management and leasing to achieve 99.3% occupancy across the entire portfolio. Wells, a native of Athens, GA is a graduate of Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School, and earned his BA in Business and a Masters of Accounting from Rhodes College. His professional career began working for Morgan Stanley and ServiceMaster Brands. After completing his Masters in Accounting, Wells joined Frazier & Deeter in Atlanta as an auditor. Wells specialized in Broker Dealers and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Advising and auditing broker dealers and real estate firms exposed Wells to complex real estate developments, acquisitions, and equity transactions. Wells combines his work ethic with his finance and accounting experience to help his clients succeed.
