Welles Worthen

As long as Welles can remember, he has had a passion for real estate development, and he took this interest to the next level during his time at College of Charleston. His classes were focused in real estate, and he was an active member in the Real Estate Club. He spent a summer interning with a local commercial development company. Welles has recently worked closely in the site selection processes for grocery-anchored shopping centers. With NAI Charleston, he is pursuing a career in land and retail brokerage and development. He spends his free time engaging in hobbies such as architecture, layout design, automotive renovation and conservation.
