Wayne Schuchts

Wayne Schuchts joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as Managing Principal in Miami where he leads SRS’ Florida industrial efforts. Prior to joining SRS, Wayne was a Partner at Avison Young. He has more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, along with 13 years with CBRE including serving as Managing Director of their Miami Airport office. Specializing in industrial property transactions for institutional investors and corporate users, he has negotiated more than $7 billion and 18 million square feet worth of transactions, including 60-plus transactions involving properties greater than 100,000 square feet.
