Waseem Hamadeh

As managing member, Waseem Hamadeh brings more than 15 years’ experience in real estate brokerage, investment and finance to HOH Investment Group. His background includes experience as a senior analyst at Bank of America Corporation; target acquisitions and management of personal portfolio of retail, housing, and land investments, and been involved in over $1 billion dollars in land transactions while at Land Advisors Organizations. HOH Investment Group was founded to pursue the passion of real estate investments in complex and opportunistic projects. Before founding HOH Investment Group, Waseem spent over 7 years applying his financial and real estate expertise in some of Land Advisors most sensitive, high-profile projects. Waseem worked closely with CEO, Greg Vogel, to advise clients during decisions concerning the highest and best use of land, disposition and acquisition, financial modeling, and capital placement. Outside of land and masterplan brokerage, at Land Advisors Organization, Waseem was also involved in capital placement assignments from debt, equity, and mezzanine financing in major projects across the U.S.
