Warren Alexander

Warren is the Director of Office Leasing for MetroNational Corporation specializing in office leasing, including lease analysis, negotiation and execution for a diverse group of owners and tenants. Primary focus is on building and maintaining long-term relationships by understanding client goals and objectives, and responding with strategic, proactive solutions. He began his career at CBRE focusing on office leasing, and has successfully helped both tenants and landlords negotiate lease and sales transactions. Warren is uniquely talented in understanding his clients’ individual businesses in order to develop innovative solutions to meet their real estate needs. Warren is a native Houstonian and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Texas.
