Walter Reid

Walter is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a demonstrated history of working with a variety of different asset classes and users. He serves as a Senior Associate on the Commercial Sales & Leasing team, specializing in office and industrial properties across the Charleston region. After obtaining a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business in 2019, Walter began his commercial real estate career as a commercial broker in Charlotte, NC, before moving to Charleston in 2023. During his career, he has been involved in over $35+ million in sales and leasing transactions. Originally from Pawleys Island, South Carolina, Walter finds joy in contributing to the continued growth and development of the Lowcountry. Outside of the office, you can find him out on the water fishing and boating with family and friends, or biking and running the streets of Charleston.
