Walter De La Torre is a real estate broker specializing in multifamily investments within the City of Los Angeles. Walter began his career in 2008 at Marcus & Millichap where he quickly rose to the list of top-producing agents within the Long Beach office. Walter has spent his career helping clients achieve top-dollar sales transactions to best meet their goals as a result of his in-depth understating and expertise of the Los Angeles market. To better serve his clients, Walter created and founded Socal Coastal Capital to leverage his local market-leading sales platform. Walter’s experience includes managing his own rental properties and has previously managed over 1,500 units for a private client in Los Angeles, South Bay, and Mid Cities sub-markets.
