Walt Van Heest
Walt Van Heest leads the Investment Services group, directing Grubb & Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services’ investment and asset management activities. He is responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, sales, developing investment business plans and implementing asset strategies for Grubb & Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services and its investment partners. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services Walt was with Cargill Financial Services where his responsibilities included the acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial properties on a national portfolio. Before moving to Cargill, he directed GE Capital’s Chicago asset management office and was responsible for a $2 billion portfolio of debt and equity investments.
