Walker Dyess

As part of the JLL Retail team, Walker represents both retail tenants and landlords in the DFW market. Walker uses his market knowledge as a Fort Worth native to serve his clients needs, whether it be a new store rollout, site disposition, or a land transaction. He is committed to servicing all his clients' needs and ensuring their real estate strategies are aligned with their business objectives. Walker has represented clients such as Tom Thumb, Texas Health Resources, American Red Cross, AutoNation, Carvana, AthleticoPhysical Therapy, INTEGRIS Health, Veritex Bank and many more throughout his career. In 2021 he was names a JLL Top Achieve and in 2022 he was named a D CEO Power Broker and was given the JLL North Texas Leadership award.
