Wade is a licensed Broker and Development Partner of New Southern Commercial, specializing in brokerage, leasing, and land entitlement in Texas. Over the last 30 years, Wade has built a network of clients representing interests in business, land, industrial, retail, and other commercial uses. His real estate reputation derives from an intimate understanding of the transactional history of properties, as well as close client representation during and after a transaction’s completion. Wade specializes in investment and sales decision-making analysis and cash-flow optimization for land and commercial property. Wade entered the real estate space through the strong relationships he developed early on as a local business owner in Corpus Christi. These relationships fostered Wade’s commitment to the Coastal Bend and South Texas communities. Wade is a Costar Power Broker recipient and one of only 10,000 global real estate professionals accredited as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Wade graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Valley City State University and a Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University, College Station.
