W. Channing Harrison

W.Channing Harrison was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota with strong childhood ties to Pensacola Florida and Washington D.C. After graduating from Breck Preparatory School, Channing attended and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Howard University in Washington D.C. Upon graduation, Channing went to work for the Embassy Suites Hotel chain in Washington D.C. quickly rising to Assistant General Manager of the 316 suite property. While there, Channing started a real estate investment company with two fellow graduates, The company was a full service company, buying, renovating, property managing and selling real estate between Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Upon moving to Florida, Channing was drawn to the lush, laid back, sleepy town of Windermere where he began selling real estate. Channing has sold numerous luxury homes, along with car dealerships and even a 4500 square foot arena with shopping center. To go even further he has leased over 100,000 square feet of class “A” office space in central Florida. Channing was the agent responsible for BB Kings Restaurant and Club coming to Pointe Orlando. Channing has added to his expertise selling hotels throughout Florida to international buyers. Channing was also a resident realtor expert for Fox 35 Orlando and Central Florida News 13.
