Vondie is a Senior Vice President for Providence Management Company with the primary responsibilities for property management operations in the Gulf Coast markets. Vondie is responsible for the supervision of all the Providence Management Company teams in the Pensacola, Tallahassee, and the Alabama markets. She is responsible for all aspects of Property Management including hiring, monthly property inspections, customer relations, employee relations, capital projects and financial reporting.
