Please, Call me Ginny I am the Commercial Sales Manager, and an Associate Broker with Yaman Commercial Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) I launched my real estate career in 2002 as an investor in distressed small multi-family properties in the Rochester, NY area. Early hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in investment strategy and market analysis. Shortly thereafter, I became licensed real estate agent and quickly distinguished myself by identifying and capitalizing on high-value investment opportunities. Over the years, my knowledge and leadership skills have grown to encompass a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, including office, retail, multi-family, hospitality, and specialty-use properties. Today, I serve as the Sales Manager of Yaman Commercial, where I lead with a commitment to collaboration, integrity, and mentorship—cultivating an office culture that brings together seasoned professionals and rising talent. In 2021, became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This commercial real estate designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. This elite corps of CCIMs includes brokers, leasing professionals, investment counselors, asset managers, appraisers, corporate real estate executives, property managers, developers, institutional investors, commercial lenders, attorneys, bankers, and other allied professionals. I am very passionate advocate about professional development and continuing education and have chaired the Education Committee of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR). During the COVID-19 pandemic, II took NYSCAR into a new direction and we began offering access to virtual continuing education to NYSCAR's membership. I also have brought several CCIM classroom led courses to Upstate New York. I currently serves as President-Elect of the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter and sits on the Board of Governors for NYSCAR.
