Vincenzo Verdino, Principal, currently leads Investments at CityPlat compiling over 10 years of experience in real estate utilizing his specialized knowledge and experience in the sectors of structured debt and equity finance. Backed by CityPlat’s successful acquisition history, Verdino’s extensive experience and knowledge in business development through a diversified portfolio is an integral role to his success. Prior to co-founding CityPlat in pursuit of a career in real estate, Vincenzo initially worked at a local development firm as Managing Director of the equity division for five years. Conducting over 100 brokerage transactions and leading ground up construction of multiple development projects. In addition to real estate development, Vincenzo has a background in export finance. Previously leading the sales department exclusively targeting executives from the Fortune 200 at The Corporate Executive Board, one of the world’s premier consulting firms in Washington DC. Verdino excelled in this role, consistently exceeding company goals as the top performer amongst his peers.
