Vincent Visceglia

Vincent joined Summit Associates in 2004. He was previously employed at Dechert Price where his practice included the representation of investment banks and institutional lenders in the origination, refinance, and securitization of commercial real estate loans. Vincent currently manages real estate acquisition, development and leasing strategies for Summit Associates in new and existing markets. He is further responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing term sheets, commitment letters, loan documents, and leases.
