
Born and raised in the South Bay, Vince Cook graduated from Loyola Marymount University’s College of Business Administration Magna Cum Laude. As a Los Angeles native, he understands how the market’s unique fundamentals and supply constraints can produce substantial returns when conservatively and deliberately placing capital for his clients. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Vince worked with a team at a boutique investment brokerage that completed over $100M in transactions in its first full year in business. Working with Casey Lins’ team with over $400M in successful closings, Vince is focused on assisting our client’s real estate portfolio requirements, ranging from the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of multifamily, industrial, ground up development sites throughout the Greater Los Angeles region
