Vince Aicale is a managing partner of the Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth | Crowle Leased Investment Team of Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in the disposition of single and multi-tenant net leased investment properties, typically leased to notable national, public, and private retailers, with long-term NNN leases. Vince has been in the commercial real estate industry for 15 years, and started as a summer intern at a boutique investment company in San Francisco. He has represented some of the most active developers and investment companies in the country, and has completed transactions in over 30 states. Over the past three years, Vince has personally closed over 100 transactions and has a transaction volume of nearly $500 million. In 2017, Vince and his three partners closed 127 transactions totaling $468,000,000 in consideration in 23 states. Throughout their careers, they have completed over 600 transactions valued at over $4.4 billion. Vince joined Cushman & Wakefield in February 2016, and was previously at Newmark Cornish & Carey. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, he was ranked a “top performer” within the company. Vince holds a bachelor’s of science in finance from The Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado at Boulder. Vince previously attended Santa Clara University, where he earned a scholarship to play on the Men’s Golf Team. Vince enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
