Vince Carter
Meet Vince – Principal Broker Born and raised in Paducah, Vince is proud to serve the community he calls home. A Lone Oak High School graduate and former football player, he brings the same leadership and determination to real estate that shaped his early years. Vince has been licensed in real estate since 2007 and became a Broker in 2011. As Principal Broker, he is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process while also mentoring agents and helping raise the standard of service across the team. He holds a Business Management degree from Murray State University, a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Counseling. His counseling background brings an added level of patience, listening, and thoughtful guidance to what can often be one of life’s biggest financial and emotional decisions. Outside of real estate, Vince enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, serving in his local church, and playing guitar. Known for his easygoing personality and quick humor, Vince believes real estate should feel personal, supportive, and even a little fun along the way.
