Areas of specialty include the sale and leasing of industrial facilities; and co-ordinating design/build projects; land sales of an industrial, commercial and residential nature; Vince has been involved in a number of significant industrial relocation transactions including a 292,000 sq. ft. lease relocation of Spar Aerospace’s Remote Manipulator Systems Division, a 67,000 sq. ft. lease relocation of Spar Aerospace’s Aviation Systems Division and a 275,000 sq. ft. facility on 40 acres relocation of General Electric Canada’s corporate headquarters to Mississauga in addition to the medical, plastic and silicone divisions. Vince has been involved in a number of significant industrial transactions including a 178,780 sq. ft. lease of an industrial building in Scarborough, a 102,000 sq. ft. lease of a repair/distribution/warehouse facility for Unisys Canada in Scarborough, a 98,404 sq. ft. lease of an industrial building in Toronto, a 48,000 sq. ft. lease of a warehouse/ distribution facility in Scarborough and a 24,560 sq. ft. head office building sale for Ipex Inc. in Don Mills. Vince has been involved in several significant design build transactions including Toys ‘R’ Us’ 550,000 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution facility on 40 acres in Vaughan, a 150,000 sq. ft. printing facility for Lawson Mardon Group in London and Scepter Corporation’s 100,000 sq. ft. pipe manufacturing/storage facility on 20 acres in Vaughan. Vince has been involved in a number of significant land transactions including a 132 acres sale at Ninth Line and Highway 407 for mixed use development in Markham, a 77 acres sale at Taunton Road for residential development in Whitby, a 200 acre industrial land sale for Xerox Canada site in Oakville, a 70 acres sale at various sites for office/industrial use in Oakville and a 6,400 acre sale on Manitoulin Island.
