Victoria Tollman
As a Director for Red Carnation, Vicki is focused on Sales, Marketing, PR and operations, and is following in her mother's footsteps with her passion for the hotel business, their guests and their wonderful teams. Born in Johannesburg, Vicki moved to London in the late-1970s, where she attended Francis Holland Girls School. She finished school in the USA and then completed her studies in International Finance and Marketing at the American University in Washington DC. Vicki has three daughters and has lived in various countries, from Morocco to France and Switzerland, and is now based in London. Vicki also manages the family’s award-winning boutique winery in Hermanus, Cape Town, and is a Director for The Travel Corporation. Bouchard Finlayson is recognised as one of South Africa’s finest vineyards, especially famous for its Pinot Noir, as well as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
