Victoria Henley

Victoria Henley grew up in Northern California and attended UC Irvine, where she earned a dual bachelor’s degree in education and Psychological Sciences, along with a minor in Business Management. Shortly after graduation, she now calls Southern California home. Victoria gained valuable experience in the classroom, where she developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family focused on value-add real estate, the industry quickly became second nature and a true passion. She went on to work in Residential Real Estate, further deepening her knowledge and experience. Her well-rounded background makes her a strong asset in her role as Administrative Assistant at Springstead & Associates.
