Victor Layne

Victor joined ProActive full-time in 2023 to support multifamily property management and operations. Prior to ProActive, he worked for Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm and with a number of local Hampton Roads businesses including McCoy Valuation, a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm. He currently serves as ProActive’s Director of Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations of the property management, leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams. He is actively involved in ProActive’s training and development programs and developing the company’s technology systems.
