Vicki Price
Vicki joined Phillips Management Group in 2021 as Director of Financial Operations. Her responsibilities include partnering with the operation team to meet company objectives, implementing effective financial processes and providing financial support throughout the organization. Areas of focus in her role are the oversight of the financial systems, financial reporting and budget development. Before moving into the property management sector, Vicki held finance positions with increasing responsibilities at RJR Nabisco, Glaxo Smith Kline and Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. During her tenure with these companies she was responsible for areas such as Budgeting, Financial Reporting, System Implementations and Financial Analysis. With Krispy Kreme, she also had operational responsibilities as the VP of Strategic Sourcing for the global supply chain. Prior to joining Phillips Management, Vicki had eight years of Property Management experience in Finance. Vicki has held Finance positions with both Bell Partners Inc. and more recently Carlisle Residential Properties. Responsibilities during this time included Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis, Business Intelligence, System Administration and Property Accounting. Vicki earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition, she earned a Master in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
