Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty

Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty joined the firm in 2015 as a Leasing Representative and was promoted to Senior Leasing Representative in 2019. Prior to joining Levin, she was a specialty leasing manager at Westfield Corporation, where she provided leasing services for three malls in Connecticut. She also spent several years at Vornado Realty Trust, providing construction coordination services for the firm’s mall tenants. Vanessa is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey, and a member of ICSC. She received CoStar Group’s Annual Power Broker Award four continuous years (2019-2022) for “Top Retail Leasing Brokers” in Northern New Jersey.
