Vance has been active in Commercial Real Estate in Connecticut for the past 37 years…He is a graduate of RPI, majoring in engineering and has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Hartford. Vance is also past president of the Northwest CT Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves his hometown of Plymouth, CT as Economic Development Consultant. He's a graduate of Yale Divinity School. and is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ.
