Tyrel Williams joined Medical Office Brokers in 2024, bringing his expertise as co-founder of M|T HealthcaRE Partners, a specialized real estate team focused on healthcare, established with his partner, Marina Hammersmith. With over 18 years of experience and education in commercial real estate, Tyrel offers a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of tenants, owner-occupiers, and investors. His extensive background includes significant roles at leading firms such as CB Richard Ellis/Baylor Health Care System, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and the University of Utah. Tyrel is dedicated to serving his clients, team, and community. Beyond his professional commitments, he actively contributes to the industry through leadership roles with organizations like IREM®. He is a past Chapter President and will begin his term as Regional Vice President Elect for IREM® in 2025, where he will serve a two-year term. When he’s not immersed in his work or volunteer activities, Tyrel can often be found at a baseball field cheering on one of his son’s games, enjoying a concert with his daughter, or exploring the outdoors—whether riding a bike, hiking, or taking in an Arizona sunset with his wife.
