Tyler Trevino

Tyler Trevino is a partner at SHOP Houston and has been with the firm since its Houston inception in May of 2018 with a primary focus on tenant representation. Prior to joining SHOP Houston, Tyler spent the first three years of his real estate career in Dallas working for a local developer. He eventually transitioned into a retail brokerage role at Transwestern. With a focus on national restaurant and entertainment concepts, Tyler specializes in the planning and execution of full market rollouts for his various clients. Tyler actively represents Ross Dress For Less, dd’s DISCOUNTS, MOD Pizza, Velvet Taco, EVO Entertainment, Front Burner Society, Maple & Ash, Bluestone Lane, Juiceland, PNC Bank, Nando's Peri Peri, and Modern Animal amongst others. Tyler was recognized as an HBJ Heavy Hitter in 2021 & 2022 and has successfully completed transactions valued at over $400 million throughout his career. Tyler serves on the Gate Keepers Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo as well as actively volunteering with Spring Spirit Mentoring Program. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering on his alma mater, the Baylor Bears. Tyler is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and an active member of ICSC.
