Tyler Reaumond is a Vice President Broker in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services Group. Since joining CBRE in 2019, Tyler has handled more than $55 million in transactions and is part of one of the highest-performing teams at the firm. Tyler’s approach is detail oriented, and he focuses on integrating financial, human resources, technology, and talent data to form a deep understanding of his client’s goals and objectives. Each client is in a unique situation, and Tyler keeps that top of mind as he moves forward with planning, strategy formation, relationship management and execution. His clients range from multi-million-dollar software companies and international product suppliers to accounting, consulting, technology, private equity, and financial services firms. Having represented clients in a wide array of industries, Tyler has a keen understanding of Chicago’s business community and marketplace, enabling him to create the most optimal real estate solutions for his clients. Outside of CBRE, Tyler spends a lot of time dedicated to his work with The Reaumond Foundation, which he co-founded in 2018 in honor of his father, Bob Reaumond. Bob, a beloved husband, father, accomplished musician, and well-respected member of the Chicago commercial real estate community, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September 2016 and passed away in October 2017. At the core of every initiative championed by the Reaumond Foundation lies a steadfast dedication to alleviating the challenges—financial and otherwise—faced by cancer patients and their families throughout their treatment journeys.
