
Tyler Morse is Chairman and CEO of MCR, which comprises four discretionary funds and is the 3rd largest hotel owner-operator in the United States. With $5 billion of assets under management, MCR owns and operates 150 hotels (over 25,000 guestrooms) across 37 states and is the developer of landmark properties such as the TWA Hotel at JFK Airport in New York City and the BT Tower in London. Tyler serves on the Executive Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and the Executive Committee of New York City Tourism + Conventions. He serves on the advisory board of New York University’s Tisch Center of Hospitality and on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Tyler is an active member of the Industry Real Estate Financing Advisory Council (IREFAC), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and The Real Estate Roundtable. He serves as a Trustee on the board of Prep for Prep. Tyler graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard Business School.
