Tyler thoroughly enjoys all aspects of real estate. Over the course of the last 19 years, I had the opportunity to represent buyers and sellers in commercial transactions, vacant land, large recreational parcels, summer retreats near the Lassen Volcanic National Park, Sacramento Riverfront, and luxury listings. I know this county like the back of his hand. I can often look at a photo of a property and tell you where it's located in the county. I have experience with property management and landlord-tenant law and owns a successful property management firm here in Red Bluff, Tehama Property Management. I enjoy renovating and have recently constructed my own home as an "Owner Builder." I vast a network of local contractors reaches far and wide, and I am able to successfully help my clients achieve their goals with the help of his local vendor network. In my personal time, I am a volunteer member of the City of Red Bluff Planning Commission, a member of the local Elks Club for 10 years, and I enjoy time with his family, often in the outdoors.
