Tyler Maner

Tyler Maner is a Managing Director for the Industrial Occupier Services and Landlord Representation division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, Tyler oversees a team that represents industrial occupiers and advises and represents institutional industrial property owners. Tyler’s focus includes expanding Stream’s acquisition, development, and leasing platforms and growing Stream’s presence within the Houston market. With 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Tyler has completed more than 800 unique transactions exceeding $1 billion in value. In his free time, Tyler enjoys traveling, hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
