Tyler Klepinger

Tyler Klepinger is the Controller for Glenwood Development Company and is responsible for the Company's day-to-day accounting operations. Prior to Glenwood, Tyler was the assistant controller at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions where his duties included accounting and investor reporting for the hotel investment division. Preceding that, he was a financial analyst at The Wolff Company, a $3.0 billion private equity firm involved in multi-family acquisition and development. Tyler was also a tax associate with Ernst & Young in their Washington, D.C. and Phoenix offices. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Tyler was the controller for a software development company called Txtwire Technologies. Tyler earned a Master's of Accountancy Degree from Idaho State University, and a Bachelor's of Accounting Degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
