
Tyler Howell began his commercial real estate career in 2019, focusing on leasing and owner-user sales on Sacramento’s Highway 50 corridor. Since beginning his career he has taken part in hundreds of transactions ranging from incubator leasing assignments to large portfolio dispositions. Tyler currently specializes in small bay industrial/business park properties, owner-user acquisitions, and tenant representation across all of Greater Sacramento. The Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), honored Tyler as a Rookie of the Year and NextGen Industrial Broker of the Year finalist in 2021.
