Tyler Heckaman is responsible for land acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence at EDEN Multifamily. Previously, Tyler served as Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at Miami City Self Storage, where he developed and acquired over 25 (2.5MM SF) self-storage and industrial properties. A Miami native, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University. Tyler is an avid free diver, spearfisherman, and boater.
