Tyler Grisham

Tyler Grisham is a Senior Vice President and Managing Principal, joining Ryan Johnson as Co-Market Leader for the Dallas office. Tyler specializes in tenant representation working with both national and regional retail clients throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Tyler was previously a Principal with Edge Realty Partners. He currently advises Abuelo’s, AMC Theatres, Aspen Dental, Bloomin’ Brands, Black Bear Diner, Caliber Carwash, Cotton Patch Café, Del Taco, Dutch Bros, Five Below, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, GolfSuites, Kohl’s, McAlister’s Deli, Planet Fitness, and Raising Cane’s among others. Tyler graduated from the Real Estate Program of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has been honored as a D CEO Power Broker each year from 2013 to 2022.
