Tyler Gebauer

Tyler Gebauer joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President on the industrial team. Tyler specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Southern California. Known for his deep market insight, competitive drive, and strong work ethic, he is committed to providing an unmatched level of expertise and professionalism to help clients achieve and exceed their goals. Prior to joining SRS, Tyler spent six years at Marcus & Millichap, where he led the firm’s industrial team and advised owners, tenants, and investors across multiple Southern California submarkets. Tyler is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management, where he earned a degree in Finance. While at Arizona, he was a member of the Commercial Real Estate Club and competed on the university’s ice hockey team.
