Mr. Epting has completed more than 900 deals totaling in excess of 20 million square feet of industrial/office space. He provides comprehensive real estate, land use planning, site selection and other business services for developers, builders, operators, capital providers and users of industrial, office and R&D real estate. He works closely with tenants and landlords to structure leasing and building/land sale transactions. He provides advisory services for landlords and tenants including broker opinions of value, lease abstracting, competitive property and vacancy surveys and comparable transaction surveys.
