Tyler de la Peña brings extensive experience in office tenant representation throughout the South Florida region. Prior to joining JLL, Tyler served as Vice President at Colliers International, where he was an integral part of a 13-member team specializing in landlord and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients. His focus was on office occupier advisory services, representing the needs of local, regional, and institutional clients across South Florida and ensuring their real estate is aligned with and contributing to the overall goals for the business. Before his tenure at Colliers, Tyler was an office occupier advisor at CBRE, concentrating exclusively on office tenant representation. A South Florida native, de la Peña possesses a deep understanding of the region’s unique real estate market dynamics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University, providing him with a solid foundation to comprehend the financial implications of corporate real estate on businesses’ financial statements. In my new role at JLL, I will leverage extensive office advisory experience and local market knowledge to enhance the firm’s service offerings throughout South Florida, focusing on delivering strategic real estate solutions to clients.
