Tyler Baldwin

A native of Columbia, SC, Tyler joins Cypress Commercial & Investment Real Estate as the team’s newest Development Associate. Before Cypress, Tyler was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group in New York City. He recently graduated from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Management with a master’s degree in Real Estate and Strategy. Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in both Economics and History from Vanderbilt University. Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, watching Gamecocks and Commodore’s athletics and playing golf.
