Ty Soto

Ty is a graduate of Kansas State University where he played collegiate baseball and holds a master’s degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ty worked in commercial appraisal with a national appraisal and advising firm where he developed a strong foundation in underwriting and analysis of institutional quality assets across California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Texas. Ty is dual licensed in California and Texas and offers market knowledge and advising to land owners and investors regarding land development. Ty continues to attend conferences and networking events to collect up-to-date trends that impact the land development industry. Ty’s real estate career has provided the experience and expertise to discover and anticipate a variety of land development opportunities providing a constant deal flow for his large database of investors and developers. Ty resides in the north Dallas area with his wife Amber and five sons. They are active members of Mater Dei Catholic Parish in Irving, Texas. Ty enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his family.
